Seven directions inside the Evolvin platform, one estate. For each: what the agent does, what proves it, and where the boundary of the possible lies.
These are directions inside one platform, not separate products from different companies. They share data, integrations and the management view.
Three ways to start
The modules below are what a solution is assembled from. Where the work starts depends on the size of the problem, not on picking a product.
One process, one agent, a verifiable result. Chosen when it is clear which part hurts and that part is what needs closing.
AI-native transformation and process redesignOperations are rebuilt around data, rules and automated actions. Chosen when the constraint is not one step but the way the work is put together.
Custom development of complex systems and integrationsDesigning and shipping systems where an off-the-shelf product is not enough, and fitting them into an estate already running.
Platform modules
These are Evolvin's own technical estates, not other people's products under our name. Each carries an honest status, what backs it up, and where the boundary of the possible lies.
Evolvin Operations — Customer conversations that stop getting lost
| Function | Customer service |
| The problem | Requests arrive in messengers and email, land with whoever is free, and live inside that person's inbox — no owner, no deadline, no history. |
| What the agent does | The agent takes the request, works it down to the actual question, answers routine cases from the company knowledge base, and hands over anything that needs a decision with consequences. |
| Evidence | Eight connected companies, over 8,900 messages handled through the assistant. |
| Limits | Answer quality depends on the knowledge base. Without one, the agent answers in generalities — and it shows. |
Evolvin Growth — A publishing loop with one-click approval
| Function | Marketing |
| The problem | Content goes out in bursts. Approvals stretch across three different chat threads. |
| What the agent does | The agent drafts in the company's voice and topics, shows it for approval, and publishes from the same window once a human accepts. |
| Evidence | The cabinet and bot services are running and the product is delivered to a client under an active contract (checked 09.09). The end-to-end run — topic, draft, approval, publication, log — has not been performed on our side; until it is, the status stays Pilot. |
| Limits | Strategy and positioning stay with the human — the agent does not replace them. |
Evolvin Legal — Case files and procedural deadline control
| Function | Legal |
| The problem | The state of a case lives in a lawyer's head and in email threads. Deadlines are missed not from ignorance but because nobody raised them in time. |
| What the agent does | The agent assembles the case file from documents, maintains the chronology, computes deadlines from events and warns ahead of them. |
| Evidence | A separate interface and client sign-in are reachable (checked 09.09). The end-to-end run — case, deadline computed, stored, displayed, logged — has not been performed on our side; until it is, the status stays Pilot. |
| Limits | It does not give legal opinions and does not replace counsel: it tracks facts and dates. |
Evolvin Finance — Reconciling payments, records and supporting documents
| Function | Finance |
| The problem | A payment exists, the paperwork does not — and this surfaces at quarter close. |
| What the agent does | The agent matches payments against documents, flags operations with nothing behind them and prepares the list to chase. |
| Evidence | The public-data analysis engine is live: 36,387 companies processed. Regulated bookkeeping for several legal entities runs inside the estate. The end-to-end run has not been performed on our side, and client figures are not published; until then the status stays Pilot. |
| Limits | Requires access to the accounting system. It prepares data; the accountant decides. |
Evolvin Sales — Stalled deals and pipeline hygiene
| Function | Sales |
| The problem | A deal sits in one stage for six months. Formally in progress, actually abandoned. |
| What the agent does | The agent finds deals with no movement, surfaces them with the reason and the date of the last real event, and prepares the next step for the rep. |
| Evidence | Method proven on our own data: one pipeline review surfaced 231 stalled deals, the largest untouched for 184 days. |
| Limits | Only works where the CRM is actually used. If deals are not logged, nothing surfaces. |
Evolvin Forensics — Counterparty checks based on financials, not on registry cards
| Function | Counterparty risk |
| The problem | A registry extract tells you a company exists. It does not tell you whether it has money. |
| What the agent does | The agent reads public financial data: where paper profit diverges from operating cash, who actually owns the company, whether it shows signs of being a shell. |
| Evidence | 36,387 companies processed on public data. |
| Limits | Public data only, and filings arrive with up to a year of delay. |
Evolvin Platform — One screen for the whole business
| Function | Management |
| The problem | Money in one system, tasks in another, people in a third. The picture is assembled by hand and is stale by the time it is finished. |
| What the agent does | Money, tasks, blockers and exceptions on one screen — every number traceable down to the document and the person behind it. |
| Evidence | Running in Evolvin's own operation, which is where every approach is tested before it is offered to a client. |
| Limits | Completeness is bounded by what is connected: unintegrated systems do not appear. |
