Effective 7 September 2026. This notice explains what happens to information you submit through the Evolvin website.

Information we collect

Depending on the form, we may collect your name, business email, phone number, company website, selected area of interest and the content of your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply, evaluate the requested project, prepare an estimate, arrange a call and take steps requested by you before entering into an agreement.

Lawful basis and choice

We process form submissions with your consent and, where relevant, to take pre-contractual steps at your request. You do not have to submit a form, but we cannot respond without contact details.

Retention and access

Website enquiries and related correspondence are normally retained for up to three years. Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your request. We do not sell contact databases.

Your rights

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to any legal retention duty.

Automated decisions

A person reviews project enquiries. We do not make a solely automated decision that creates legal or similarly significant effects from a website form.
