Design an operating model for AI work

A complete work cycle.

Assign responsibility.

The process owner defines the result; the reviewer approves exceptions and consequential outputs; the operator maintains connections and recovery. One person may hold several roles, but the duties should remain explicit.

Pause when required data is missing, access expires or an action falls outside permission. Binding commitments, external sends and spending require the relevant authorisation.
