The delivery path.

  1. Describe: tell us what arrives, what happens today and the result you need.
  2. Scope: agree data, required connections, permissions and a named reviewer.
  3. Propose: review the deliverables, acceptance criteria, price and timetable.
  4. Test: use authorised examples and review errors and exceptions.
  5. Accept: confirm whether the agreed checks passed and what remains open.
  6. Operate: approve live access and agree monitoring, recovery and support.

You can send the project enquiry without opening a workspace account. The workspace entry provides a separate account-based route for submitting a task. Neither route starts paid work or authorises external actions by itself.
